The tuna entertainment happens once a month on Tuesday. A bluefin tuna caught in our fish farm gets broken down in front of our dining guests by our chefs, Kuni GM & Hide Executive Chef. After the pieces are broken down, we auction off rare cuts of tuna for our guests. The guests are able to bid for those cuts and the highest bidder gets to enjoy with our complimentary preparation at WOKUNI. We also offer 50% off bluefin tuna only for this day at our fish market. You may take them home to enjoy as sashimi, sushi, handroll...... up to you. Please come join us this one and only tuna breakdown show in New York. See you soon!
